The lower Gallery is the Banksy gallery with walls to allow his art form of graffiti to be expressed. The walls are curved to engage the audience in viewing the artwork.

the arch is to be constructed from glass as it provides natural sunlight, and concrete for the piers with a white wash finish to allow the building to stand out in the landscape.
